Delivery Policies

1. Scope of delivery

CHANG Modern Thai Cuisine serves customers through a system of more than 15 restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi within a 3km radius from the nearest restaurant.

2. Delivery fee

CHANG Modern Thai Cuisine charge a door-to-door delivery fee of 25,000VND with real payment orders (with or without discounts and promotions), valued at 100,000VND or more within a radius of 3km from the nearest restaurant.

For orders with a value of less than 100,000VND, Chang Modern Thai Cuisine will ask customers to choose directly the nearest restaurant to receive the order. 

3. Delivery time

a) Operating hours: 11:00 - 21:00 every day.

b) Delivery time: 30 - 45 minutes since the customer's order is successfully recorded and no later than 22:00 every day. 

4. Method of delivery

a) Door-to-door Delivery 

- Customers must go to the final order step to receive the order code on the Website www.order.changvietnam.vn and be confirmed by the system to successfully order.
- Successful orders will be recorded and automatically delivered by Chang Modern Thai Cuisine restaurant designated during the ordering process. 
- Restaurant staff will contact to confirm the order in the following cases:

+ Information provided by the Customer is not clear or accurate;
+ Reconfirmation of Customer's VAT invoice information;
+ There are errors in the order recognition system that affect the verification of accurate information.

- After the order has been confirmed, staff at Chang Modern Thai Cuisine nearest restaurant are assigned to deliver and prepare the attached items (soy sauce, spoon, fork, tissue, etc.). 

b) Pick up directly at the restaurant:

- Customers must go to the final order step to receive the order code on the Website www.order.changvietnam.vn and be confirmed by the system to successfully order.
- Time to receive the order from the restaurant is about 20 minutes after the system confirms the order is successful or receives a confirmation call from Chang Modern Thai Cuisine.
- Customers can change the delivery time of the day at least 1 hour in advance of the booked time.
- The time period to receive orders is from 11:00 to 21:00 every day.
- When receiving the goods, please check if the product has any defects, please keep the invoice for the restaurant to check. 

All disputes arising between Chang Modern Thai Cuisine and customers must be resolved in a cooperative spirit for a common purpose, the two sides have a responsibility and obligation to respect the rights and equality between the parties. 

Payment Policy 

Chang Modern Thai Cuisine has a variety of payment methods for customers when ordering through the website www.order.changvietnam.vn 

1. Payment after receiving the order (COD)  

• Customers can pay in cash upon receipt and can directly check the order on the invoice.

• For door-to-door orders with a final payment value of over 1,000,000VND, only prepayment via e-wallet is accepted. 

• For orders taken directly at the restaurant, customers can choose to change the form of payment from cash (COD) to other forms of payment available at the restaurant. 

2.  Make online payments using an e-wallet or through a banking app.

• Customers can make online payments using an e-wallet if customers have used it.

• Canceled orders after successful payment will be refunded within 3 business days or depending on the refund period of each bank that customers are using. 

Exchange, Return, and Money Refund Policy 

After sending the order confirmation, please follow these instructions if you want to CANCEL THE ORDER.

For DELIVERY ORDER:

- Customers choose Delivery Now:

• Call your selected restaurant to request immediate cancellation or call Hotline 1900 633 6066 for assistance in transferring information to the restaurant.
• The staff will check the order status to cancel the order for the customer in case the order has not been made.

- Customers choose Delivery according to the selected time:

• Call the selected restaurant or call Hotline 1900 633 606 to cancel your order at least 30 minutes prior to the time the order is delivered, and for orders valued under 1,000,000VND. 
• Call the selected restaurant or call Hotline 1900 633 606 to cancel your order at least 60 minutes before the order is delivered for orders valued at 1,000,000VND and above.
• The staff will check the order status to cancel the order for the customer in case the order has not been made.

For PICK-UP ORDER:

- Customers choose to Pick up now:

• Call your selected restaurant to request immediate cancellation or call Hotline 1900 6066 for assistance in transferring information to the restaurant.
• The staff will check the order status to cancel the order for the customer in case the order has not been made.

- Customers choose to Pick up according to the selected time:

• Call the selected restaurant or call Hotline 1900 633 606 to cancel your order at least 30 minutes prior to the time your order is received for orders valued under 1,000,000VND.
• Call the selected restaurant or call Hotline 1900 633 6066 to cancel your order at least 60 minutes prior to the time your order is received for orders valued at 1,000,000VND and above. 
• The staff will check the order status to cancel the order for the customer in case the order has not been made.

The best way for customers to request cancellation is to call the selected restaurant directly. If customers make online payments with e-wallet or by credit card, debit card, or ATM card, the customers' transaction amount will be refunded according to the provisions of the Payment Policy by Chang Modern Thai Cuisine.
